This policy explains what information TLMK Studio collects when you contact us through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain.
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, you may provide:
If you contact us on WhatsApp instead, your message and number are handled within WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
We use the details you provide only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your shoot, and arrange a booking. We do not use them for marketing without your agreement.
Enquiries are read by TLMK Studio so we can reply to you directly. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and, where a booking goes ahead, to deliver the work — up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required for an active booking, a legal obligation, or a dispute.
We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Messages you send through WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
This website does not set non-essential cookies and does not run analytics or tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts to display the site's typography; no tracking cookies are placed by TLMK Studio.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.
