This page explains how bookings with TLMK Studio work, from confirming a session to receiving and using your photos.
A session is confirmed once we have agreed the date, location, and details, and the deposit has been received. The deposit secures your booking date and is deducted from the final balance.
A deposit secures your booking date and is deducted from the final balance. Deposits are £30 for a Mini Session, £50 for a Signature Session, and 25% for Events / Custom bookings. The remaining payment is due no later than the shoot date, unless otherwise agreed.
Sessions can be moved to a new date where possible. Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as you can. Cancellation requires at least 48 hours' notice.
Please arrive on time so we have the full session. Late arrivals may reduce the available shooting time.
Outdoor shoots may be affected by weather or access to a location. Weather- affected outdoor shoots may be rescheduled by agreement.
If you do not attend a confirmed session without notice, it is treated as a no-show, and the deposit may be lost.
If TLMK Studio cannot attend, we will let you know as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund of any amount paid, or you can reschedule to a new date.
After the session, selected images are edited and delivered digitally through a private online gallery or secure download link. Delivery is within 2 working days for a Mini Session, 3–5 working days for a Signature Session, and within 7 working days for Events / Custom bookings.
Delivered images are edited by hand. Additional or specialised retouching beyond the standard edit can be discussed before or after the session.
TLMK Studio delivers edited images. RAW files are not included.
Personal-use rights are included for portrait and couples sessions. Commercial usage — for business, campaign, advertising, or paid promotional work — must be agreed separately.
We may wish to feature images from your session in the TLMK Studio portfolio or on social media. We do this only with your permission.
Refunds for completed photography services are not normally available, though genuine problems will be reviewed individually. Deposits secure the booking date and are deducted from the final balance.
